Expertise
Five areas of work.
Each one exists to make a business easier to find and harder to forget. They are listed in the order they are usually needed.
Brand Strategy and Positioning
Decide what you stand for before deciding how you look.
Positioning, messaging and a brand story your team can repeat without a script. We start with what the market already believes about you, not with a mood board.
- Positioning statement
- Messaging framework
- Brand story and proof points
- Naming and tone of voice guidance
Marketing Strategy
One written plan connecting the market, the message and the budget.
Owners and numbers attached to every channel, so the plan survives the first month. Written for the team you have rather than the team you wish you had.
- Market and competitor read
- Channel plan with owners
- Budget allocation
- Quarterly targets and reporting shape
SEO and AI Search Visibility
Get found on Google and named inside AI answers.
Technical SEO, structured data and content written to be quoted by both. AI assistants cite clear, factual, self-contained pages, which is a different craft from ranking alone.
- Technical audit
- Keyword and intent map
- Structured data plan
- Content briefs written to be cited
AI Systems and Automation
Turn the vision into a system that actually runs.
Most plans die between the idea and the operation. I build the thing in between: the workflow, the automation and the reporting that turn what you described in a meeting into something that runs every day without you holding it up. AI sits inside that where it genuinely shortens the distance to a customer, and stays out of it where it would quietly cost you trust. A degree in computer science and years of business analysis are why I can specify the system rather than just ask for one.
- Workflow and system design
- Lead capture, routing and follow-up
- AI assisted drafting with human approval
- Dashboards and reporting
Process
How the work runs.
01
Understand
I start with your business, not your channels. Who buys, why they buy, what they compare you against, and what stops them. Nothing gets designed before that is written down.
02
Position
We decide what you stand for and, more importantly, what you do not. That single decision makes every later choice about design, content and budget faster and cheaper.
03
Systemise
Then we build the machine: the content engine, the automation, the search presence, the reporting. Repeatable, documented, and running without me in the room.
04
Represent
Where it helps, I carry the message myself. On stage, on a panel, in a workshop or in front of a client. The story gets tested in public by the person who wrote it.
Tell me where the business is now.
And where you want it to be. If I am not the right person for it, I will say so.
Social Media and Content
A content system a small team can actually sustain.
Built bilingually for the UAE, measured on business results rather than likes. Formats, cadence and a production routine that does not depend on one person's motivation.
